I work with people who struggle with unhealthy eating habits (such as binge dieting & emotional eating), low self-esteem and body images to help them feel accepted, change their ways of thinking around foods, find their unique gifts, and provide tools to live the best life they didn’t know it was possible.

I help them how to discover their eating patterns and causes, and teach alternative ways of enjoying healthy and delicious foods to nourish their body and mind.  I listen to them very carefully to find true selves and uniqueness, and show them that they are worthy of best life.  I guide them to shift their ways of thinking, and to create achievable action steps for their projects/future and walk with them step by step until they are confident to do so by themselves.
